About This Service
credithire.uk is an information and referral service. It publishes plain-English guidance on credit hire after non-fault accidents and, where you ask, signposts you to a credit hire provider. It is not a law firm and not a claims management company, and it does not assess, fund or run claims.
What we do
We publish clear, conditional information about credit hire so you can understand your options after a non-fault accident. This site does not currently take enquiries. When an enquiry route opens, a referral will be offered only where you ask for it, to a commercial partner provider that handles the vehicle and any charges, and the commercial relationship will be labelled on the page where the referral is offered.
Our editorial voice is the Credit Hire Information Desk. We aim to be accurate, balanced and honest about risks, and we always point out that you can go direct to your insurer, free of charge.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice or representation. We are not a claims management company and we do not carry out regulated claims management activity. We do not provide vehicles ourselves, recover money, or guarantee any outcome.

How we handle enquiries
There is no enquiry route on this site at present, so nothing is captured from you here. The contact page sets out the routes you can use instead, free of charge. When an enquiry route does open, it will capture only what is needed to consider the next step, with your consent, handled in line with our privacy notice, and you will be under no obligation at any stage.
