This policy explains how credithire.uk uses cookies and similar technologies. We keep cookie use minimal and favour privacy by default. Nothing is set until you choose: analytics cookies load only if you allow them, and we never use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
What cookies we use
Nothing is stored until you make a choice. When you first arrive we ask whether to allow optional analytics; nothing measurement-related loads before you answer.
If you allow analytics. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager and sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a stream identifier) to count visits and see which pages help. Advertising storage and personalisation stay switched off either way.
If you reject, or before you answer. No analytics loads, and any Google Analytics cookies already on your device for this site are deleted.
Remembering your choice. Your answer is stored on your own device in your browser's local storage, under the key credithire_analytics_consent_v1, for up to 180 days. It is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Analytics choices" button at the bottom of the page.

We favour the most privacy-preserving option by default and do not sell your data.
